WHAT WE BELIEVE

that there is one God, eternally existing as three persons; Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who are to be worshipped and glorified together.
that God is the Creator of the whole Universe
that the Lord Jesus Christ is fully God and became fully Man as well in His virgin birth.
in Jesus’ sinless life, in His death for our sins, in His bodily resurrection; in His ascension to the right hand of the Father as the only Mediator between God and Man and in His personal future return in power and glory to judge all men.

that the Holy Spirit lives in all believers, creating new life in them and an increasing likeness to Christ in character and behaviour, and empowering them for their witness in the world.
that all people have sinned and fallen short of God’s standards, as we read of them in the Bible, so breaking the close, loving relationship with God.
that we can be put right with God only through accepting the sacrificial death, once and for all time, of the Lord Jesus Christ, as our Representative and Substitute. All our sins are pardoned, and we are accepted as righteous in God’s sight, only because of the righteousness of Christ granted to us by the grace of God, received through faith alone.
in the resurrection of all people; those that have believed in the Lord Jesus to be forever with Him in glory, and those that have rejected Him to be justly condemned to everlasting separation from God in torment.
the Holy Bible to be inspired by God and to be entirely trustworthy as the supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
that all true believers belong to the Body of Christ, which is the Holy universal Church.
